how long you are going to gym???

People start going gym in full enthu and loose it in some days....
What was your days of continuous gym last time...
I am going for 3 mounths...

My goal is to workout (either at the gym or at home) 5 days a week. I don't try to go everyday, because it's important to give your body a rest once in awhile. Also, if I set my goals too high, I will become frustrated and just give up. 5 times a week is manageable, but still very effective. I have only been doing this for 3 weeks to a month, but am already seeing results. I have more energy and stamina and can see my body changing. I haven't lost any weight according to the bathroom scale, but I can tell that my clothes are fitting more loosely. Seeing results is helping me to stay motivated.

thats great... just keep the spirit high and your bathroom scale will also show result...
