Would You Like to Donate Handmade Items for Pre-mature or Terminally Ill babies?

When my sister's 4 1/2 month old daughter, Olivia, died from a rare condition called Zellweger Syndrome, my sister was devastated. She decided to create the Zellweger Baby Support Network to help other families with children with this rare disease. She had received a crocheted blanket for Olivia that had been donated to the hospital. That blanket meant so much to my sister, we decided we would like to help donate blankets as well. I taught my sister to crochet and we started Hugs & Kisses Crafters. We have several crocheters around the country that participate in donatation events to hospitals around the country - often in memory of one of the Zellweger Babies to the hospital that serviced the family. It is very healing for all those involved.
