Anyone cheated by work at home program???

Is there anyone of you ever cheated by work at home program? You have to pay initial $$, but when your cheque due, they said something wrong with your report so you're terminated.
At first maybe they are legit, but after few years, I'm afraid they don't.

Any program require an initial payment are scam, so for that matter I don't sign on. A have a site a blog that list all the sites that I've done business with and they are great, honest sites. No initial payment required.
