A perfectionist always has to have things perfect and seldom is satisfied. An artist uses creativity to try and create perfection. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. The artist is often satisfied with his/her work and is not always perfect and doesn't have to be.

Perhaps this is not between the difference between writing what art is, in my view, because I think that only art is perfect....lol......

I don't know their difference.. but they have one thing in common that i know of since i have already met one of each kind:
they have few friends :D
