Its everyones responsibility for their own happinesss. Do things that will make us feel good. What i do is i stop thinking about my worries for a while and relax.... have peace of mind.

my funda for life is to be happy and always say;live and let live'whatever happens you have to be happy.it not only increases your liufe line but also helps you lead a happy life.

What makes me happy? Well, when before I go to sleep, I can feel that i've done a very good job during the day. When I m not worrying about anything and everything...I am happy.

The freedom i have to do anything i like makes me happy. I dont like to be restricted and would like to do things without thinking over it for long. Its all about following your instincts. Thats wat makes me happy.
