Who do you think is the better ISP in the Philippines with broadband services? PLDT DSL, Globe Broadband, Bayantel DSL, SmartBro, who else? Im subscribed with PLDT DSL rightnow, paying around 3k pesos monthly for home use and Im not satisfied with the service. Sometimes the line is fine but most of the time it's slow. Need your inputs on this topic.

you are paying too much for pldt dsl. i am subscriber of smart bro and so far so good. there was ONE instance only when they were having system maintenance that we didn't have connection for a day. The speed is really 7x faster than ordinary dial up and you pay only P999 a month, very cheap indeed. why not try smart bro.

smartbro wifi is good.. it depends on your location.. if you are near in one of the cell site of smart you can maximize the bandwidth.. but if you are far.. just keep high your antenna... 20-30ft above the roof... to get a good siganl..

I am using Globelines and so far they have an offer of P900 phoneline plus Broadband connection but I don't like it service as well . During 4-6 pm the connections were very slow. And 11-1:00 pm as well, the connections were bit congested.

As usual, the big hype about faster internet connection with PLDT DSL broadband is not to earn big praises from me. They're just a little better than dial-up and did not live up to my expectation. In short, I'm not quite satisfied with the service too. I always thought that if I switched to DSL I won't worry too much about internet disconnection which really irks me while using dial-up. I am surprised that you can also get disconnected at any time with DSL.

i also experienced disconnection usually during night times with PLDT DSL. Even at dawn I encountered slow connection always. I really don't know the reason. I reported the incidents several times to their helpdesk but nothing happen. im very disappointed with their tech support. all they do is collect money from me.

No offend to PLDT but there ISP service were really worst. We do also used there DSL Proffesional Package worth P3,000 but our bandwidth connection is only 900kbs that should be 2.2Mbs for that package
