Cooking Contest - Food item made from Bread

I have a contest coming up next week and I need to prepare a food item using bread .. it can be sweet or spicy but bread has to be the main ingredient .. I have to prepare it from home and take along so time is not a issue ..
Wanting help from all expert cooks here at Mylot .. HELP PLEASE!!
