Hi, friends! I would want to ask you if you have ver thought about leaving your home and going to another country. Do you have any reasons to do it and why? I thought about htis before and I believed that I can do it. But now I'm torn. I can;t just leave like this and throw away my old life so that I can start another, probably better one. What do you think? Can you do it?

For me my family comes first, so I will move only if all of us can go and the city will be cultural enriched and diversity will be strength there. Secondly, I can go abroad for a year for studies that is it.

Yes, I agree. The family is the main reason people move and also the reason they don't. If you think that some country has a better educational programme, it would be better for you to go there for a while.

If given a chance to go abroad, I would do it probably because I know I can earn much money there as compared to my country. Yes, you may be leaving your loved ones but on the other hand, they were also the reason why you want to pursue your career abroad. It doesn't mean you don't love them, it even means you love them more because you choose to sacrifice your own happiness for the glory of your family. The labor force in my country is really cheap; and I'm really open for the possibility of going elsewhere.

Philippines belongs to the Third World, and if i'm not going to wait forever for the country to have stabilized economy and politics. I'm going abroad in the near future, so I can earn more money and go back to the Philippines to have a good start.

I see. It's good to do this when you see that there's no future in your motherland.

If the opportunities is presented to me, I will give it a try. The experience of working or studing aboard is execellent and give you an experience that you will not be able to experience unless you are there. I had experienced it while doing my degree 10 yesrs back. Going over to a new place or country is a great sacrifice to leave behind what you had built and use to, and start all over again but also think in a positive way, new challenges are good to keep us nimble and remember the book "who move my cheese", you have to change else you will be left behind.

Well Tzvetelina, when I was young I went abroad every year because I love travelling. One country I loved very much was yours: Bulgaria. I came to your country two times, the first time I came to Sofia and the second time I came to Sofia, Kazanlak and Black Sea. When I came the second time to your wonderful country I knew a girl, the last year I found her telephone number and so I sudden called her, but the Bulgarian person who answered to me didn't understand the Italian language and the English language, so I couldn't tell her that I was looking for my old friend. I'm still looking for a Bulgarian person here in my town who could call that number and ask that Bulgarian person where my old friend lives now. I'd like to invite her in my house now that I have one....
