Did you catch up with the story?

I watched it in Vietnamese subtitle (because i'm Vietnamese :D) but still didn't catch up with the story. And here is my wonder: 1/ what's the role of the devil that tricks Nicholas Cage's tender age into signing his contract? 2/ After teaching the robber a lesson, does Ghost rider run into the grave yard by accident or not? why are there two Ghost riders at the nearly end of the movie? why the previous Ghost rider (the old cowboy) doesn't help him in defeating Blackheart?
