Is anyone else an online ONLY college student?
I do all of my schooling through Penn Foster college via the internet.
I have anxiety issues so I prefer to study from home.
Does anyone else do the same thing? What do you think of doing college online?
I love it!

I'm a 100% distance learner through Ashford University. I started my BASS last October, and have completed 12 credits so far. I love the atmosphere and community. It has also helped me step out of my comfort zone and speak up when I feel its necessary. That is something I would never have the courage to do in a traditional college class room. I'm much of an introvert, so this is the most reward-able option for me in returning to school.
Do you get any kind of financial aid through Penn Foster? My fiance checked into that school, but they don't have a school code on the FAFSA application.

I do college through the internet. I love the idea of doing school solely over the internet. I am able to do school when my schedule allows me. I don't have to worry about "getting" to class and then having to get the homework done by a certain day and/or time. I feel that the flexibility is the best thing about online colleges. I have also attended an actual college and I have had a hard time trying to get to the deadlines due to family or/and personal issues.
Also with internet colleges, I am able to still get help from instructors by either emailing or calling adn ti seems just as effective as at the "real" college.
