Have you noticed kids are always hungry??

Same here, my son is always hungry, even though he eats all his meals, so instead of giving him sweets or high sugar snacks in between meals, I give him rice cakes, he loves them.

Kids will alway gravitate to junk food because they are told that it is bad for them. The bad foods like cakes and cookies taste better than carrots and broccoli so they get the idea that the food that is good for you taste bad and the food that is bad tastes good. It's a kids thing. Kids will eat you out of house and home when they are haveing a growing spert.
