It depends on the seller's feedback ratio. You need to check and see what their feedback level is. Especially what their negative is. If they have negative feedback - I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Try to make sure their feedback is positive and atleast above 10.

eBay is the world's best auction site and you can get some real bargains. Go ahead, bidding and buying on eBay is fine, just be sensible with your buying.
