Has anyone gotten a performance bonus on AC?

Just wondering if anyone has gotten a performance bonus over at AC? How much do you get per 1000 page views? And how do you drive traffic to your articles? Also, do any of you know how to find out how many page views you've gotten? I haven't been paid a performance bonus yet, but it looks like I have accrued around $7.00. The people who have been publishing a lot in the past year are going to earn some decent cash for their efforts in this new bonus program at AC.
