Shocked by what I saw selling on E--Bay

I was shocked when I went to sell my Segrams Vo serving pitcher on e-bay and found out people are selling full bottles of intoxicating beverages..How do you know how old your customer is..they claim to be selling the packaging and put in a disclaimer that you have to be 21 to purchase this..These bottles are selling real high. I have several bottles of Brandy that were gifts but due to my husbands illness we have never opened them but I would not feel right selling them on e-bay. How about You..I value you opinions..Stephanie
