Where does everyone get their pictures I see on mylot?

Hi everyone. I'm new to mylot and I have read the rules and reg's. but am still confused on what pic.'s I can use & where I get them when I want to post them in a discussion. I know we can't use copy-righted pic.'s, so any info you give I will surely appreaciate. Thanks bunches! Have a great Mylot day! Oh I forgot...How do I change my user name? When I signed up I guess I made a mistake & used my real name. I would like to change this asap. Thanks again.

donnaroos, I only post pics that I have taken myself. I really like the idea of making my own though, that is something that I will have to look into and maybe try sometime.
Also hello and welcome to mylot, I hope that you enjoy your time on here. I personally am finding myself addicted in a way to being on here. I really like all the people. Go ahead and add me as a friend if you would like. ;0)
About the username issue, I tried to look in all the faq's and help stuff and I didn't find anything about changing a username. Maybe if you just emailed mylot explaining the mix-up they might just be nice enough to change it. Otherwise, I think you would probably have to stick with it. lol Sorry, I tried.
