Well if you find that someone have the same opinions as you, then I guess that's a good candidate :-)

You got to know your friends. If your friend is a good friend he'll be there for you when you need to talk. I have a true friend. Her name is Pam and she's always there when I need to talk to her and she's been there through thick and thin. I rate her a 10 for being the friend she is.
