I've seen new member with only 40 to fifty post have title 'mark best response' beside their name.
I also have seen member with more than 1000 and over 2000 post don't have the title 'mark best response'.
Can any member expecial those have title 'mark best response' tell me what happen to the above incident and also the guide line how to obtain 'mark best response"?

I didn't notice that, but so far as I observed, all those who got best response will have a small pencil icon in front of their user name. I didn't see anyone without it (I could be I haven't come accross one of it). I think it doesn't matter if the icon is there or not.
It's not difficult to get best response. The easiest way is to respond to those discussion with zero response. You can get it easily if there is no competition ;)

The owner who started the discussion is the only one who can see “mark best response” in front of your nickname bcoz he is the one who has the right to choose the best response in his discussion. You can see “mark best response” in front of your friends’ nicknames bcoz now you are the one who has the right to choose the best response in your own discussion.

The owner of the discussion will go through all the response that he or she gets and then one response out of the many will be selected as the best. If the owner likes your response more than the others, then you will get that best response indicator. So, it is really up to the owner of the discussion and has got nothing to do with your rating or the number of post that you have done.

I understand how "best response" are given to the member respond to discussions.
I just don't understand why some member like you have "mark best response" infront of your nickname but some others, like me who also have been given "best response" from the owners of the discussions, didn't have "mark best response" infront of my nick namd?
Can you please explain this?

Even if you only have just 20 post you can earn a 'best response' if your response is selected by the person who posted the topic or discussion. I guess I have just only less than 40 post when I first receive the 'best response' award.
You can be given a 'best response' if you reply or posted a quality response or point of view. That means you have given a very sensible answer to a question that was posted, you answered all the questions there truthfully or had given a detailed discussion or shared a very nice idea or point of view.
Each person has its own criteria of selecting a 'best response' and it really depends on the person to whom he/she will give it.
Those with 1000+ post and doesnt have yet 'best response' probably just posted a liner topic or one liner response. Their goal is to post as many responses or topics to earn a lot of cents on many posting.

I understand what you mean and the explaination given.
I have seen member earned ONLY 2 best response with 50 posts have the title "mark best response" infront of the nickname as you have.
I also have seen member earned MORE than 2 best responses with more than 100 or 1000 post but the title "mark best response" didn't appear infront of the ninck name and I'm one of them.
Can you kindly explain this?
