Last week, i tried to pay with paypal and it said that i have to add a credit card. Can i pay without adding a Credit Card?

No most of the companies accept only verified paypal users , ie paypal users who verified themselved using creditcards of bacnk account ! You still could buy rapidshare account , web hosting service etc where you dont want your pay pal to be verified !

I have a paypal account and the credit card that goes with it. It's free and there is no annualy fee. I'm not sure about your question I guess it depends on the site. But the credit card is a good use it has helped me alot.
