What cell phone service do you use?

There are so many phone services today and it seems as though everyone is using a different phone service. Which cell phone service do you use, T-mobile, Cingular, etc?

I have Cingular now, but my contract is over in May. I do not use it that often and am thinking of getting a pay as you go version from them. Does anyone use one of these? Do you think it is worth it or does it end up costing the same amount as a per month phone?
