Chilli Tips!

So, I do enjoy a good chilli, and I don't think mine are at all shabby. However, I'm willing to bet that there are plenty of folk out there who could help me to raise my chilli to an even higher plateau - and share their secrets with anyone else who reads this thread as well. So come on - what's the way to chilli Nirvana??!

I like really tomatoey chili. I get a big can of exotic tomatoes. With extra flavors, like green chilies, onions, oregano. We also add garlic and lots of salt. And a can of diced green chilies. It tastes so much better the next day after the flavors have time to meld. I also like to put cheddar and sour cream on top.
