Well mine is once a month for about 7 days.
And if I get it on the 21st I usually get it about the 21st next month but it can change to a maximum of 7 days difference.
I get a lot of pain in the first 3 days at least.
How long does yours last for?
Do you get any pain?
Is yours regular/normal?
Any bad experiences?

I really do have problematic menstrual cycle before and thanks to the herbal * pito-pito * it was a mixture of 7 herbs, pito means 7 in my country.
Whenever I have menstrual cramps I do really take pito-pito herbal liquid and it really eases the pain.
I have 28 days normal cycle but now I think it is more than a month before my menstruation came, I really have to see my gyne about this irregularities.

Thanks for the reply, I think it helps to know how other people's biological clocks works when we try to understand our own. My flow is usually medium through the days only the last days will have a little but sometimes it's real heavy till about 3 days before it stops. I think you are lucky to have such a small amount of days of bleeding. I get upset with my cycle sometimes but that's life for you!

Hi PT, when I first got my period, my mother kept brewing this chinese herbs for me to take. Mind you, the taste was so bad I had to pinch my nose and hold my breathe. She says its good for my period, can make me tall and maintain a flawless skin. I guess its working pretty well. My period always lasted for 5 days and its always on time. Discomfort are rare except in times when I'm really stressed out. Why not try taking evening primrose supplement. Heard its good to balance our hormones and periods. :0

I am on a birth control pill so I take three months of pills then have a period. It's usually five days, I get PMS and cramps sometimes, but nothing bad enough to take medicine for. It's nice only having a period every three months and totally safe according to the doctors I have talked to, so if you are thinking about it I recommend it.
