Since i just visit mylot everytime im free here in the office i dont have enough time to read their policies and some other guidelines.I go directly in posting and responding discussions.I was just surprised last week when i've noticed my account with 123 post having a read 9 stars.Im so flattered but confused. Can anybody here explain how mylot gives us a star? What are their basis and criteria for giving us that flattering stars?(lol)

currently you are rated at 93/100 thus a 9 star rating. that's your mylot reputation, a measurement of the quality of discussions you started and quality of responses you give to the discussions of other mylot users. it simply says that out of 100 posts rated, 93 of them got (+) ratings. so basically now that you have 207 posts, it means that you have around 192-193 (+) positive ratings. hope this helps. ;)

wow, youre definately being rated better than me! you get the star after 100 responses as I'm sure you know by now, and everytime someone rates you, youre rating will go up.
