I think this is an ignorant response that insults people who are fans of different sports.
I personally am not a cricket fan, I don't watch it on a daily basis, but I do not consider myself mentally disturbed. I watch American Football, I watch baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, golf, auto racing, and I do not watch cricket. So what?
I understand your conviction for the game, but the attack on us 'non-cricket' watching folk is just infuriating. Every characteristic that you just laid out for cricket can be applied to any sport as long as you have the passion for it. You can say that soccer is a game of passion, and many people around the world would say the same. In certain countries, basketball is king... that doesn't mean that if you don't like basketball then you are disturbed.
American football can come down to the last minutes, baseball games can have anything happen in their game's timeframe. We can find examples of life in tennis, golf, and auto racing, too.
I understand your passion, but don't use your passion as an excuse to throw misguided insults at fans of other sports. That would be ignorant and downright idiotic.

Now take me fishing. That is a pasionate sport. It is thrilling, invigorating and can be relaxing at the same time.
WE got enough crickets here in the summer Why go on a big field and swing a bat at the ground instead of like basball The way ball is suppose to be played.
Anything is better than cricket
