I'm sure you won't know it. It's called "Como un jazmín del país", with lyrics from Washington Benavides. It's about two lovers whose families are in different sides in Uruguay's last Civil War (1904).

I understand most of it ...like a "jaxmin" of the state or country ..jazmine is a flower is it there too? Joy

Yes, it is. I don't know much about flowers, but here there are two kinds of jazmeen: "jazmín del Cabo" and "jazmín del país" (native jazmeen).
