how can u get money without activating paypal?

I want to activate my paypal account but dont have a bank or credit card wat should i do and i dont have the credit to get the paypal card.

No answer your question. You have to enter either a credit card number or a bank account number to verify and activate your account so you can send/recieve money.

1.open a simple savings account in a bank.they will give you a simple debit card.if that doesnt work..
2.Buy things with paypal that are easy to resale (off-line)
