Why do the steelers pay off the refs its so wrong

I wasn't aware that the Steelers cheated and/or paid off the refs. Why do you say that?

i say that because the refs seem to always be on there side. its so annoying i think they should be kicked out of the nfl and have to play in iraq

I will admit, I did see some plays last season that were questionable. But I've also seen the refs seem to favor other teams as well. Sorry you hate the Steelers so much. I take it you're a Dolphins fan?

Then again...if you've been a Steelers fan for more than a year, you have to have seen the play where Polamalu had the ball, but the refs said he didn't in the Superbowl-winning season. Remember that? My dear Miami Dolphins fan, paying off the referees is a very heavy accusation, which more evidence than hearsay is needed to substantiate.

Are you serious?? I see you are from Pennsylvania-- I think I'd be careful talking trash about the Steelers in PA. Steeler fans are the most die-hard fans around. I think you should be saying- thank you Steelers for giving up Porter! he will be a great addition to the Dolphins- I have a Dolphin fan in my house also- My Sig. other is a fan. As far as your question- I've seen far more calls against the Steelers then seeing them for the Steelers- Ref's make bad calls- they make them in every game- Everyone is human they say-- here we go Steelers here we go!

To each his own! From one Pennsylvanian to another though...what about a little home state pride? I see bad calls made in every game I watch and find it truly hard to believe that the ref's are paid off by any team in the NFL. As the previous poster said...everyone is human, referees included. I totally get loving another team so, I hope the Dolphins have a great season for you but this Pennsylvanian says," Let's go Steelers, Let's go!!!!!"

The steelers dont cheat or pay anyone off, if you would of paid close attention to last year's season, the steelers really got the short end of the stick on a few games. It seems to me that for the most part, the refs, always favor the other team.

Naw, the refs usually cheat the Steelers. Anything questionable that gets challeneged is usually not in favor for the Steelers. Go Steelers!!
