People from different nations have different culture. You might have experienced it yourself or have heard of it or some friends / relatives might have experienced it. According to that whom do you think friendliest people in the world. This is based on the attitude towards a traveler/tourist. Is it British/Indian/Americans/Chinese/Arabs/Dutch or ....a lot there . Give points on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is least or not at all friendly and 10 is the best very friendly) I would close this discussion in couple of days (may be a month or less), till then whatever points we get lets take the average of it and see who are the friendliest in the world.
