I don't get WealthToolbox. Can someone please explain this to me?

I've scoured the TOS and I just don't get two things. 1. Why would they want to give us their own money if we don't pitch in? 2. Where does that original $50 come from anyway? I haven't seen any ads and after 3 days I don't have any spyware, adware or malware that could possibly generate revenue. Normally I would call something like this website a scam but in this case scam just isn't the proper description. It's more like...nothing! Am I missing something? Their website is certainly less than helpful. Thanks.
