"There are some people who never get enough sleep,but still gets fat"

Is that ironic? most people who lack of sleep gets decreasing weight. But some people, (my friend who works as a call center agent here has grave yard shifts taking calls from the US and Europe)..but she really did gained weight though she admits she was always exhausted. Probably the system inside her is different or it just comes naturally for some people.

She was probably eating more to compensate for feeling exhausted and not being able to sleep because she had to be working. I've heard of that before. If you want to maintain an optimal weight, it's important to get enough sleep.
