How often do you change your socks and underwear?

I change my socks every few days since I don't wear them a lot during the day, but everything else is changed daily. And I tried to explain to my mother that the cleanliness of my underwear in case of an accident won't matter in the least since there will be brwon spots to contend with anyways...:}

I always change my socks everytime I am going to wear a shoes. I change my underwears at least twice a day for I take shower at least twice a day... I don't want to wear the same one I used after having my shower at night.

Everyday! Sometimes when it is hot and I am sweaty, even twice a day! and this is for both socks and underwear, No inner vest in summer for me.

I don't wear either while I sleep, so I put clean ones on every day after my shower. I couldn't imagine the icky feeling from wearing the same ones of either type for more than about 16 hours. Ick!

i change my pants, underwear and clothes every day or everytime after i take a shower or bath ( since i take a bath everyday)

Well I think that is should be mandatory that people change their undies and socks atleast once a day because when people don't that is what causes infections and bad odor. I think yes people should check before they are going out if there undies are clean enough wouldn't want to be caught with your pants down and poopy tracks in your undies screaming look at me..lol So it it good to stay clean in case of an accident or if you get lucky..

I change my underwear every day, but socks I do have a bad habit of wearing them twice. It's not so bad for socks but underwear definitely, I hate wearing the same boxers two days in a row. I do all the washing in my house so yes the laundry basket is always full, but it is important to always have clean underwear on.

Count me among the "daily" crowd. Every day, at least, usually right after my shower

i change my socks and underwear everyday or every after shower. i feel more comfortable and refreshing whenever i change it. changing often also promotes good hygiene and cleaner body.

I change my underwears after everytime i take shower i.e. once a day.As i am into sports cotton socks i can use them twice in two days.

I change my sock and underwear everyday. After shower and if you ask me to put on the same underwear again, I cannot stand to do it. I will want to get a new pair of underwear since I had already clean myself and I am freshen up. For sock, I will change it everyday as well, I have sweaty feet, thus my sock smell after a day of wearing. Need to change it.

I change undies twice a day, cuz I always want to feel fresh and clean, and smell good... And I don't forget to wear my sweetest smile everyday. A good hygiene reflects a healthy well-being
