Bad habits around the world.

Although I am not a filipino, I live in the Philippines and have also lived in several other countries, some in Asia and other parts of the world.
I notice, particularly in the Philippines that people have some very bad habits, habits that would be banned in other places. Among these are peeing on any wall or tree they see outside. It reminds me of male dogs peeing on fire hydrants. It is illegal in most countries with any civilized standards. Try it in Singapore, for example, or South Korea or Canada or the UK.
The filipino people also spit everywhere. That is a health hazzard for sure. AIDS, colds and many other sicknesses come from saliva.
Someone told me that the filipino people were once very charming people, much as the Thai people are now. However, when Ferdinand Marcos ruled for so long, the people became vulgar in their habits and their attitudes toward other people.
