a tablet thats makes your skin whiter..
my friend is using glutathione,,and her skin really
whitens..
my sister sent me a text message about taking glutathione she wants me to try it,she then saw it on television that it will not only lightens your skin but it will also makes women who are not yet getting pregnant(i'm having hard time now)
i want to try that aside from the fact it will cost me a lot,,but i'm under a hormone therapy, and my OB are much eager to help me getting pregnant,of course, that's what i'm paying her.. i asked her if it's ok if i would take that glutathione but i never told her the side effect of becoming pregnant, coz i'm afraid to tell her that it may insult her capabilty and knowledge..
but i'm planning to take glutathione after my hormone therapy coz it will not going to have effect coz my hormones stops for a while because of that therapy..

I think glutathione is more a factor in male fertility, and that it is unlikely to increase women's chances of getting pregnant unless the husband eats it. However, women with poor diet and especially those who have a history of smoking and drinking who find themselves pregnant must try to eat foods rich in glutathione to improve their chances of a healthy child.
In my opinion, no glutathione supplementation should be done outside the care of a highly qualified doctor, but I believe that eating the fresh fruits and vegetables that contain glutathione can improve the quality of life in many ways, including reducing the risk of cancer in both men and women.
