Hi, do you people speak out frankly infront of your boss or senior persons. some people will scare to do this, but i'm always speaking frankly with our boss or even when i finished an interviews i'm going to ask their itself. We have to be frank in every thing coz if it is results for a company's job, we have to suffer a lot for that. we may keep on thinking of that only. I like to speak out frankly with every one, is their any problem to if to do so. plz give me some responses about this.
