You know vista original full version is really expensive and you need a lot of money to buy it. While the oem version which was made for new computer is much cheaper than the full version. But in the full version included both 32 and 64 bit while in the oem there are separates between the 32-bit and 64-bit. So which one do you buy the full version or the oem version?

im not sure about having 32-bit and 664-bit on a single package, its true if your gonna buy the "upgrade" dvds but for standalone i think they have specific 32 and 64bit products. as for the versions there are plenty to choose from. with home basic/premium, ultimate, etc. of course i would like the ultimate version but with the current prices of vista and include the troubles and bugs, i think ill stick with XP

OEM comes without documentation or support (meaning call-in tech support from Microsoft).
Also, technically speaking the OEM version is tied to one PC and one PC only. The Retail version can be transfered once to another computer (but may not be done so for the sake of sharing the license with another device). While the OEM EULA technically says it can only be used on one PC, it has been successfully transfered once to another PC (just like with the retail version). Whether that remains to be true in the future is up in the air.
The OEM versions come in separate editions (such as Home Premium 32-bit and Home Premium 64-bit are sold on different DVDs). Retail versions have both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions on the same disc.

Woow WIndows Vista.. what a hot subject i can say. I have talked a lot in my area with many of my friends and all of them had only positive thoughts about it. I can say that i was blow off by this new windows system. Some things certainly lack to it but this new look which Microsoft has incorporated in it certainly do the money you would give for it. I have waited this new system for 2 weeks and here i am using it. It was pretty hard for me to buy it because in my area it can't be found. So i had to ask a friend from another part of my country to order me. I am so happy using it and all i have are only words of gratitdue. I post here a short description about VISTA.
Windows Vista contains hundreds of new features; some of the most significant include an updated graphical user interface (GUI) and visual style dubbed Windows Aero, improved searching features, new multimedia creation tools such as Windows DVD Maker, and completely redesigned networking, audio, print, and display sub-systems. Vista also aims to increase the level of communication between machines on a home network using peer-to-peer technology, making it easier to share files and digital media between computers and devices. For developers, Vista includes version 3.0 of the .NET Framework out of the box. The .Net Framework makes it significantly easier for developers to write high-quality applications than with the traditional Windows API. I prefer the full version
