In Canada you can find a lot second hand shop, for clothes, shoes, books, tools etc. Some of them are useful, some of them aren't. How do you think of this? Why China can't learn this, we don't need to learn a lot, just the education books is okay, we can return our books when the term is finished. Let other people use them, we can save our money, save paper,save our sinery. What's your oppinion????
