who murdered the girl?

it is reported that a three-year-old girl was starved to death because her mother was arrested by the police for drug eating. the woman begged the police to let her make some arrangement for her daughter, but they just neglect. then after about half a month, the neibourhood smelled the dead body's smell... the coldness of the society!!!!

no matter the report is true or untrue it reminds us we should pay attention to the society system to make the system more humanity and reasonable

i agree with the person above me. completly the police' fault!! its their responsibility to remove children from abusive or dangerous parents..and they are responsible in this instance. whether or not the mother did anything bad to the child. they were removing the childs only caregiver..that makes them responsible for finding another caregiver, immediatly.
