Does sleeping after meal leads to weight gain?

It does leads you to gain weight when you have a meal or even snacks before going to bed.
Coz according to studies and reports, our digestive systems doesnt work that hard every night and so it would be hard for our stomach to digest all the foods that we took right before sleeping.
I know that for a fact coz eating meals or even midnight snacks is one of my habits every night! hehe

Some years ago when I was still in high school, i have the habit of sleeping right after lunch for at least an hour or so, but still I am as thin as before.
