Sunburn

Why does people easily get sunburn yet others don't. Also, those who were born fair... and when he get's exposed to the sun, obviously his skin will gets darken... but if he stays indorr for a period of time... will the skin color slowly changes back to its original...why?

I think it's the pigment in the skin that determines whether or not you are going to burn and how long you hold the color. Two of my sons burn in 15 minutes, while the other two tan like crazy. I don't know about my daughter yet, hopefully she tans like me!
