Nothing to lose everything to gain...
for those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It's nice to drink cold water after every meal. However, the cold water will solidy the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with acid, it will break down and be absorbed in the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, it will turn ino fats and lead to cancer. So, it is best to drink hot soup or warm water after meal.

Wow, that makes sense. I'm actually going to start drinking warm water after I eat now and I'm going to spread the word about this! Thank you for posting this.

i agree to that. this i have actually appreciated myself. when i used to drink cold water in every meal, i always feel like im not able to digest what i've eaten even after two hours past. i felt bloated. now, i only drink cold when i eat no fat foods.
