who's addicted to Internet???i like to spend my free time on messenger..or on sites like hi5, mylot, facebox...or personal sites

hmm... with the vast amount of usage of the internet for so many services, from info searching to posting to making friends.... how does one define addiction?
I spend almost 10 hours a day in front of the computer in the office, most part of it on the net researching on my work... then another 3-4 hours a day at home, making friends, joining forums and learning how to make more money on the net.
So how to find out if one is addicted to the internet?
