Modern man enjoys helping the needy? Aren't you?

Politicians would always promised of helping the poor while campaign &/or electionering period. And even in reality, if we are ask about our plan, one among our answers that is always included is 'helping the poor'. But helping is sometimes being put on timing (say timely basis) because we only manage to help during our excess of resources. But we didn't realize that helping must always come along anywhere, anytime & to anybody ignoring the current lifestyle we have. Because helping would fall best on time where you are unable to nothing. Your inavailability of resources would drive you to bring out the best in you to findout the means to use your God's given abilities/talents. Helping would be in a manner such as giving advises/comforts, sharing opinions/knowledge, etc... just simply sensing the needs of the receiver of help not necessary physical attributes but rather looking beyond what he/she deserved to receive from you. What kind of help you can share that you are happy doing it?
