SMOKING BAND

what do you think about the smoking band law? Do you think it is unconstitutional to band smoking in all these areas for non smokers to have there constitutional rights?

I think it is stupid that I can't smoke in a factory that has it's on melt shop in it just because the county i live in passed a smoking law the stuff that i breath in every night at work is worst then the smoke off a cig.

i do not think it is constitutional to take away to please the other. if you choose to smoke that is your buisness if you choose not to smoke then oh well, and if you dont like the smoke then dont subject yourself to it.
