A person who thinks he's always right?

There's this person who thinks he's always right even if "everybody" knows he's not, I always confront this person and we always end up fighting, the problem is, he's beating me sometimes. Oh well, it was the 2nd time and hope this will be the last one or I'll sue him! Do you get annoyed with people who thinks they are always right and they know everything? What do you usually do when you deal with this kind of person?
