$40 million glass and steel platform - Skywalk, to allow visitors to walk out 70 feet from the Grand Canyon’s edge will be open soon. Standing on this Skywalk, visitors will be able to look straight down into the canyon and the river below. It will be inaugurated on March 28. At a given time, only 120 people will be allowed on it. The charges per head are $25.

Phew. I know people will have their feet on solid ground but I think I would prefer to hover over Grand Canyon in an aircraft of some description. I don't suffer from vertigo but when looking down from a smallish platform, at those heights, I do get a strange feeling, like I'm flying and nothing supports me beneath my feet, but air.
No, I don't think I would be about to pay $25 for that experience. I think I would rather pay for the aerial view by plane or helicopter.
Brightest Blessings.
