Whats the Fastest way to burn fat?

I go to gym every month, but lately i havent visited the gym.. Do u have any tip how to burn fat at home, w/o refraining from food? is it possible? What food could i eat that would also keep me in shape?

wheal if you cant go running then you can do some exercises at home (pushups etc.) i would recommend dressing up in worm clothes and doing them like that i would also recommend portioning your foods eat enough to not be hungry but not enough to be full -the body is a shroud mistress i pay's back every comfort in ten fold pain- and i highly recommend going jogging sweating makes you lose more fat
oh and going to the gym once a month doesn't help at all if you are serious about losing wait go to the gym at least 3 times a week

My doctor said I had high blood pressure and high cholesterol so I had to change my eating habits and drop some weight.
In the last year I've lost 48 lbs and still losing. It was pretty easy actually. I didn't go on "diet", they never work. I just stopped eating high fat foods (I eat very little meat now) and started eating more vegetables and fruits. And I added a little exercise routine to my day.
The best way I know to exercise at home is to dance. I put on a bunch of my favorite music and dance for about 30 minutes. I exaggerate the movements to make it more of a workout but it works for me.
My average weight loss is 2-4 lbs a month and that's fine for me. I'm in no big hurry. I just want to be healthy. I must admit though that running into people who haven't seen me for a long time is kind of fun. They give me compliments on how good I look now and it makes me happy.
My cholestrol has dropped from 243 to 160 and my blood pressure has gone from 169/110 down to 130/85. I'm very happy with that.

I think the best way would be to jog, skip ropes, walk up and down your stairs or just try to lessen the foods containing fats.
By the way, if you don't have stairs, you can also use a low chair or stool to place your feet and step on it up and down. Or you can burn fat while jogging around the neighborhood, maybe walk for about 5 kms. once a week.

drink calamansi juice every after meal or make it a match of your snacks. I am a body conscious of myself since highschool.I did a lot of exercise,was able to try diet pills and many others but the only thing that made me satisfied that made my body in shape is drinking calamansi juice.I assure you it will really burns fat. There is nothing to worry what to eat if you want to be in shape as long as you eat healthy food.
