What do you think?

In all the years, I have spent observing people,(that I dislike or admire)I believe that leaders are born,because a lot of people never attain the qualities that leaders are born with, even as hard as they try! Even if you don't see leaders' qualities at first, they eventually discover or enhance them as they experience the world!! And then some people never change, nor (see the light)! This is why, one should sit down every once in a while and take a good evaluation(look in the mirror),of ones qualities,strengths and weaknesses, and limitations, to understand oneself!!

Leaders are not born, they are made. Either men or women are capable of leading a nation or simply a group of people in an organization. It's never a question whether or not who are better humans in this world. There are lot of qualities a leader should possess. He or she should be responsible, tactful, strong, etc. Everyone is capable of attaining those attributes. It all goes with experience, skills, proper trainings, etc.
