Do You like 2 design websites......??

I am not a computer savvy person but when a special friend of mine who was in the entertainment industry passed away I wanted to do a tribute webpage for him, I had a friend who is in the business of making webpages offer to do one for me but I wanted to do one myself from the heart, but I just find all the programs way too hard to understand so he suggested that the easiest one of all seeing as I wasn't going to sell anything from the page and I just wanted a simple one was to do it in word...I know people have shouted at me and told me you can't make a webpage through word...well I did and I put all my heart and soul into that page, straight from the heart, it can't be too bad the the National Gallery of Australia got in touch with asking permission to archive my page for all time....I think that pretty ok and for my friend the best gift I could have give him, a tribute that will go on forever even after I have long gone....

Of course i love designing, making weblayouts, making artworks like collages, manipulating photos, banners, etc.. I have 3 domains which is different types: my first domain is my personal/blog site my 2nd domain is website for korean acapella boyband, DBSK my 3rd domain is my network site, i'll put my porfolio and graphics site and listing directory. For almost 5 years in web designing, i got different types of sites such as personal, blog, fanlisting, fansite, forums, porfolio, collective, graphics community, banner rotation, directory listing. Without the design(graphics) and also css and of course html you can create a website lol.

Hi, I too share the same passion. Am no expert at designing but learning as days pass. I have designed basic websites for my company that worked for. Very basic. Just plain HTML with scripts taken from free sites. I have heard that dreamweaver is like a dream once you know how to use CSS etc. Well have just got the software so thinking of practicing my creativity with dreamz..... As for a wed site - I second you on the thought that A Company site should be simple to navigate site with appropriate info for its customers. However, making a jazzy site look simple can be done using FLASH. Which i think makes a site look so much more classier and security i guess is better as pictures can't be stoles... or am i not right here..... love to hear your thought on that one. By the way am new to MyLot. So pardon me for the intrusion....if it was so.... :-)
