i think corruption of many officials is the biggest and main problem of the philippines...

Citizens who do not take responsibility for their actions. Yes, our government is less than functional, sometimes nearly mad. But we cannot just spend the rest of our time putting the blame on the government whenever things go wrong. We have to DO SOMETHING to get what we want.

i think in general, the people it self. this connects a lot to the current situation in philippines.
