well for me its warm water and atleast 2 glass although in winters i sometimes do take a bed tea only if its too cold

i dont like tea or coffee .i take coffee rarely when i go out .i like coffee it taste like chocolate

I always have a cup of coffee within 15/20minutes of getting up out of bed. It helps me wake up and get ready for the day.
