One of Japan's billionaires Genshiro Kawamoto, opened 8 of his 22 mansions in Hawaii to the homeless.
Hawaiian Dori-Ann Kahale and her 5 children will live rent free in one of the mansion.
If all the billionaires in the world did such a good deed there would be no homeless. What do you think of this generous act?

I live in Hawaii and saw this covered on our local news station recently. The two women that they profiled both had large families, but neither were moved into a "mansion". One received a condo and the other received a regular sized home (3 bed/2 bath I believe). Both are able to live in the homes rent free for 10 years and will be responsible for utilities only. One of the stipulations is that they must keep the home in good condition.
Personally, I think this was a great deed that Mr. Kawamoto did. The cost of living in Hawaii is on the rise, with Hawaii being one of the most expensive states to live in and rent being among the highest in the nation. I applaud Mr. Kawamoto for stepping forward and generously opening up his homes to those who are in need, rather than trying to make another "quick buck" for himself by selling the homes or renting them at the currently inflated market value.

It is a great thing but could have been better if instead of offering his mansions to the homeless he could build some decent homes for the homeless to just live them a decent life as the mansions are build for lavish life styles and can not be used by many homeless to live in it.But still the work is quite appreciable.
